Rosemary and Rupert Adkins have, with some regret, decided to sell Little Crugwallins, their naturist holiday business near St. Austell in Cornwall and are hoping to pass it on to fellow naturists.

Rosemary told NUFF:

"We bought Little Crugwallins 10 years ago and have lovingly created 3 holiday lets and an indoor jacuzzi room as well as updating the house. We were 55 when we came here and we have really enjoyed a different life style and enjoyed doing something different. Although we shall be very sad indeed to leave it is time to hand over to someone else as we would like to retire and see more of our family and growing numbers of grandchildren."

"Whereas it could be a 'textile' place here we feel it would be such a shame to lose the naturist environment. We are so secluded, tucked down from the road, and surrounded by our own fields and yet only 3 miles from all the facilities in St Austell. It is rare these days to find somewhere so rural and yet not far from civilisation."

Well-positioned for access to both the North and South coasts, the 5 acre smallholding includes a large five bedroomed period farmhouse with 16th century 'longhouse' origins, three well furnished holiday lets and a jacuzzi room grouped around a courtyard provide a useful income.
